GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Conditions
• At ESTÚDIO 5, all adults (parents, friends, family members and parents of invited children) and children under 2 years old (as long as accompanied) are our guests and may be present throughout the party, always respecting the maximum capacity of the venue.
• “KIDS” and “DISCO” parties last 2h30, plus an additional 30 minutes after the end of the party to say goodbye to guests calmly.
• Extra time before the party: available with prior notice. Cost: €50 per additional 30 minutes.
• Extra time after the party (to gather belongings): available with prior notice. Cost: €50 per additional 30 minutes.
• Extra party time (e.g. extending from 2h30 to 3h): €75 per additional 30 minutes (includes Estúdio 5, activities and entertainment).
• Invoicing / Tax ID: if you wish to include a tax number on the invoice, please request it before payment. Otherwise, the invoice will be issued to final consumer.
• Children under 3 years old must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• For children aged 3–4 years, close supervision by an adult is recommended.
• Estúdio 5 provides supervision by monitors throughout the party, according to the number of children.
• Parents and/or responsible adults are responsible for the children’s behavior.
• ESTÚDIO 5 may request the removal of any child whose behavior affects the safety or enjoyment of the other participants.
• ESTÚDIO 5 reserves the right of admission and may request the removal of any person whose inappropriate behavior puts their own safety, that of others, or our team at risk.
SPACE AND DECORATION
• Included: decoration of the snack room with 1 large balloon showing the age number and a themed digital screen. If you wish for a theme outside the available list, please let us know — new themes can be created.
• Snack room equipment: mini fridge, electric water dispenser, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and TV (LED 86" • 218 cm • 4K Ultra HD • Smart TV).
• Food and drinks brought by clients are their sole responsibility, including waste management and disposal.
• Facilities: baby changing station and WCs prepared for children, adults and people with reduced mobility.
• The use of confetti (or similar) indoors is not allowed. Cleaning/maintenance penalty: €60.
• Maximum capacity: 45 people simultaneously inside ESTÚDIO 5 (includes adults and children from 2 years old; monitors excluded).
• Above 45 people: maintenance fee of €50 for every additional 5 people.
• Maximum number of children: 30.
• Location: ESTÚDIO 5 at Nirvana Studios, Barcarena – Oeiras. Free parking area.
INFLATABLES — GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• During the party, the service always operates with a minimum presence of 2 monitors.
• Monitors ensure compliance with safety rules for children and equipment.
• All provided equipment must be treated with care.
• The client is responsible for improper behavior of people who insist on misusing the equipment.
• Risks: interactive activities (inflatables, trampoline) may involve risks (slipping, falling, collisions).
• Insurance: activities comply with current legislation; ESTÚDIO 5 has Civil Liability Insurance.
• ESTÚDIO 5 is not responsible for damage or accidents resulting from participant imprudence, failure to follow monitor instructions, or incidents not covered by insurance.
• By booking the party, the client declares that they have read, understood and accepted these conditions and will comply with the monitors’ instructions.
• The purpose of these rules is to ensure children’s safety.
LIABILITY STATEMENT
• Booking a party/event with inflatables implies that the client has read, understood and accepted the presented conditions and the instructions for proper and safe use.
• Access to and/or use of ESTÚDIO 5 implies acceptance of these general conditions.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
• Cancellation/rescheduling more than 30 days in advance: full refund of the deposit; the remaining amount is not charged.
• Cancellation/rescheduling between 30 and 15 days: the deposit is non-refundable (cancellation fee); the remaining amount is not charged.
• Rescheduling within 14 days prior to the party: the deposit is non-refundable (cancellation fee). The new date is treated as a new booking and requires a new deposit.
• Cancellation within 14 days prior to the party: the deposit is non-refundable and the remaining amount corresponding to a “KIDS” party without snack or “DISCO” party without snack (full base package value) will be charged.
CHILD COUNT
• At ESTÚDIO 5, all children count from the age of 1 year onwards.
• Children aged 1 year: if parents take responsibility and accompany them throughout the party, they are not counted.
• The birthday child is always counted.
• Offer: with more than 20 children, we offer the value of 1 birthday child.
“KIDS” OR “DISCO” PARTIES WITH SNACK — RULES
• Included utensils: tablecloths, napkins, cups, cutlery, etc.
• The snack (buffet) is available from the very first minute of the party; children may eat throughout the entire party.
• Snack for adults: not included. You may bring it from home or request it from us (see extras table).
• Birthday cake: you may bring it from home or request it from us (see extras table).
• Number of children: to be informed 1 week in advance (an approximate number is sufficient).
“KIDS” OR “DISCO” PARTIES WITHOUT SNACK (VENUE RENTAL) — RULES
• You may bring snacks from home (for children and adults), the birthday cake, and anything else you wish.
• Total duration: 30 min (before) + 2h30 (party) + 30 min (after).
• Cleaning/sanitization of the space is included if the space is handed over in reasonable condition.
• At the end, the client must collect tableware/leftovers from the tables and place them in garbage bags (bags not included).
• Opening and closing of the venue are strictly at the agreed times.
JOINT PARTIES (WITH SNACK)
• In a joint party (2 or more birthday children), the mandatory minimum number of paying children increases to 20.
• Example:
– 1 birthday child, WITH SNACK: minimum 15 children;
– 2 or more birthday children, WITH SNACK: minimum 20 children.
• Offers:
– WITH SNACK, 1 birthday child and more than 20 children: we offer the value of 1 birthday child.
– WITH SNACK, 2 or more birthday children and more than 25 children: we offer the value of 2 birthday children.
ALWAYS INCLUDED (WITH AND WITHOUT SNACK)
• ESTÚDIO 5 (over 200 m²) in total exclusivity (only one party at a time).
• Digital invitation with location map. Note: the invitation informs that non-slip socks are required; if someone forgets, we have socks to lend.
• Snack room with mini fridge, electric water dispenser, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
• TV in the snack room (LED 86" • 218 cm • 4K Ultra HD • Smart TV) to display the themed digital screen + 1 large balloon with the age number.
• Tables in the snack room: 2 tables 75×75 cm and 2 tables 125×75 cm.
• Additional table decoration and catering (extras) are the client’s responsibility.
• 2 monitors (number increases according to the number of children).
• Large inflatable with slide and obstacles.
• Ball pit.
• Trampoline.
• Disco.
• Sound, video and lighting system.
• Costume and dress-up wardrobe.
• Games and leisure area (foosball, air hockey and indoor space to play with a ball).
• Background music throughout the event.
• WC prepared for young children and baby changing station.
• Free parking for you and your guests.
• Possibility of an outdoor catering table (wooden porch) for adults only, or alternatively placing the adult snacks in the children’s snack room.
• You may bring from home anything you wish to add to the snack (children and adults) and to the decoration.
• Coffee: if you wish to offer coffee to guests, at the end we count the capsules and settle the amount (€0.50 per coffee — includes capsule, cup, spoon and sugar). Alternatively, you may bring your own capsules, cups, spoons and sugar and use our Nespresso machine free of charge.
• Birthday cake included in OPTION 3 — “KIDS” PARTY WITH SNACK + BIRTHDAY CAKE (homemade cakes, without creams, decorated with the child’s hero image printed on edible wafer paper).
• Schedule planning: we increase the interval between parties for greater comfort and safety (staggered arrivals and departures).
• Time slots: Morning 10:30–13:00 • Afternoon 15:00–17:30 • Evening 19:30–22:00.
• Weekdays: possibility of a customized schedule.
